I know firsthand that managing my energy has helped me achieve my goals and find success in my career. So, experiment with different genres and playlists to find what works best for you. Whether it's r&b, hip-hop, or anything in between, find the beats that help you stay focused and energized. I love to listen to lofi-beats when I’m studying or getting work done.


Another strategy to try is mindfulness. Mindfulness is all about being present and fully engaged in the current moment. By incorporating mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or visualization exercises, you can reduce stress and increase energy levels. Give it a try, girl - it might just change your life. I do deep breathing every morning and It’s been a game changer, I feel so much lighter when I’m done. Don’t knock it before you try it!
