I am honored to hold the title of Mrs. Guyana International 2023. I was born and raised in the United States, but both of my parents and husband are originally from Guyana, and I fell in love with the country when I visited as a child. I became a dual citizen of both the US and Guyana in 2018, and I am now proud to represent Guyana on the national stage.
Growing up, I always had a passion for helping others, which led me to pursue a career in nursing. I worked as a nurse for several years, but I truly found my calling when I traveled to New York City during the COVID-19 pandemic to work on the front lines. It was a challenging time, but it solidified my commitment to making a difference in the world.
In addition to my work as a nurse, I am also the founder of the Blueprint Foundation, a non-profit organization that is on a mission to break medical and educational barriers. Through the Foundation, I have been able to help young people in rural areas learn digital literacy, programming, and coding skills, which has not only improved their income but also their quality of life.
As Mrs. Guyana International 2023, I am committed to promoting my platform of digital literacy and technology skills, and I hope to inspire others to join me in making a positive impact in our communities. Throughout my reign, I will be participating in various events, attending community service opportunities, and fundraising for causes that are close to my heart. I am grateful for the opportunity to represent Guyana on the national stage and I cannot wait to see what the future holds.

As Mrs. Guyana International 2023, I am passionate about both digital literacy and improving the healthcare system through technology. I believe in the power of technology to transform lives and communities, and I am committed to ensuring that everyone, especially the youth, has access to the skills and resources they need to succeed in the digital age. By providing access to digital literacy education and resources, I am not only helping to bridge the digital divide, but I am also teaching young people how to make money online, a valuable skill in today's world.
To support these causes, I have launched the Digital Minds Initiative, which is focused on providing digital literacy education and resources to underprivileged communities. Through this initiative, I conduct weekly workshops and run the Blueprint Academy, which offers coding classes, web design workshops, and technology training programs.
In addition to digital literacy, I am also committed to combating inefficiencies in healthcare, especially in developing countries. As a nurse, I have seen firsthand the impact that inefficiencies in healthcare can have on patients and their families. That's why I
participate in medical mission trips to underserved communities where I provide essential healthcare services and raise awareness about chronic illnesses. I have also established the Healthcare Technology Initiative, which focuses on providing digital literacy education and resources to healthcare providers. Through this initiative, I hold weekly workshops and provide training programs for healthcare professionals to improve their technology skills and enhance patient care. By bringing innovation to both digital literacy and healthcare, I hope to make a meaningful impact in transforming lives and communities in Guyana and beyond.
